About me

I’m Edwin Pitono, your mindset coach with a background as a medical doctor. My years in healthcare gave me a deep understanding of how stress and physical health are deeply interconnected. The more stressed we become year after year, the less healthy our body becomes and its a vicious cycle.

What I realized is that many of us have to go through poor physical health or chronic problems before we see that something needs to change.

As a mindset coach and with my background as a doctor, I want to help you prevent that. I believe that the more we work on ourselves, the better our overall health becomes.

Many people are afraid of change because they think it means transforming their entire self. In reality, most of us only need a small shift in mindset. Even a small change can make a big difference.

I’m here to walk with you on that journey. It’s a beautiful one, though not without challenges. You won’t leave empty-handed. Maybe not with everything at once, but with something real, even if it’s small.
