How do I work?

Step 1: Getting to Know You

This is your journey. It wouldn’t make any sense if we don’t get to know each other. In our first sessions, we’ll explore your current situation, challenges, and aspirations. What have you tried? What happened then? We will try as much as we can to map, to have a good view about your circumstances. Getting to know where you stand.

All in a safe, confidential space where you can share openly and honestly.

Step 3 : Tracking Progress & Adapting Strategies

Now its the iteration part. Not one strategy will work for everyone for every circumstance. We will experiment, build resilience, build tolerance for failure. The point would be that you enjoy this journey. If you don’t enjoy it, then we adapt. We figure something else. Everyone’s journey is singular.

Step 2: Setting Up Goals

After we know your difficulties, challenges, then we can set up some goals. The smaller the better. We focus on small change that you can most likely implement on your situation that you can easily practice regularly. We don’t want to stretch the rubber band of your comfort zone too fast too soon. In my opinion that would not be sustainable.

How Many Sessions Will You Need?

  • For light goals, such as improving daily routines or learning new techniques to reduce stress levels, a basic package of 5 sessions may be sufficient.

  • For deeper goals, such as significant mindset shifts or building long-term systems for personal growth, a more comprehensive package of 15 -20 sessions or even more is recommended to cover all three steps thoroughly.

How often would we meet?

The cycle of the process would be learnings and integrations. In the integrations there would be errors, trials, and successes. In my opinion, more frequent than one session per week wouldn’t be effective because it wouldn’t allow you to do enough integration during your busy daily activities.

How do we do the sessions?

For practical reasons, we do the sessions online via Zoom or Teams. That would allow a maximum flexibility for you and for me, taking away the transportation time. If for a specific reason, an in person session is needed, we can arrange that for an additional fee.

In which language do we do the sessions?

I speak fluently English and French. Currently I am learning high German, from next year we can also hopefully do our sessions in German.

Can my employer fund the sessions?

Most companies do have a fund for employee wellness that you may use for activities like coaching. You would need to ask your company if my coaching services would be financeable by your company.
